Return & Refund Policy

At Home Bae, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase you make. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a return or refund.

2. Return Timeframe

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@homebae.in with your order number and the reason for the return. Our products undergo a thorough quality check before they are shipped. In the event that there is a miss from our QC team and a defective product is received by you, our support team will guide you through the next steps.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days after the returned item has been inspected.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design (subject to availability), please contact us at support@homebae.in within 7 days of delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will arrange for the replacement to be shipped to you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please record a continuous video starting from the opening of the package to the full unfolding of the bedsheet. If you notice any manufacturing defect, ensure it is clearly visible in the video. Kindly email the video to support@homebae.in before raising a return request. Our team will review the footage and get in touch with you to confirm the issue.

While we maintain a strict quality check process, occasional oversights may happen due to operational volumes. Return request will be processed only if a genuine manufacturing defect is identified in the video and the same is notified to us within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@homebae.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos and video of the product and packaging showing the defect clearly

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs may vary depending on the reason for the return:

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping cost may need to be borne by the customer.
